Orders will ship the next business day.  

Pre-Order items ship directly from the vendor. Please read the item description for pre-order shipping timelines. 

Returned Mail: 

Orders that are returned will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
